Rodney Harrison just called Ben a liar

(By the way... You had 30 seconds.)

Wasnt even in this thread and its simple fade pattern. And eli says ben gave him a signal to run a slant. So theres that.

And again with all the no huddle experince and all the when we are in no huddle i am calling the plays from Ben. He cant get a play in and there was more then three seconds on the clock

Case ******* closed... and with all his no huddle experience he couldnt get a play in himself??

I thought it was a team sport there AJ...LMAO, any chance you can get to bash Ben you take it with two fists. Why in the 5 minutes that the play was being reviewed did your hero Tomlin and Haley not come up with a game plan for if it was ruled an incomplete pass? Oh that's right, Tomlin and Haley can do no wrong in your eyes.

The team sport went out the window when Ben said I WANTED to clock it.

And again with all the no huddle experience Ben has. With him constantly letting it be known. I call my own plays. Once the signal came in to run a play why couldn't he get a play in??

Uh because he was already yelling to clock it and the clock was running? What type of head coach and OC does not have 2 plays called in the huddle in that situation? How does any coach not relay what the game plan is for the last 2 plays so the QB knows whether they are going to spike it or run another play. Tomlin has to take responsibility for the cluster **** that was the last 30 seconds of that game...the fact that you place no blame on him what so ever just goes to show what you are really all about.

No no. It's Ben's fault. Antdrew and Spike are right.

Spike was asking for Ben to get dumped on his head in the game so the Landry era could begin. I say we just make an executive decision and go ahead and do that so Antdrew and Spike can see the glory of the Landry years.

Shows what the **** im about..kiss my ***..no matter what was called on the sideline the pass should of been chuxked into the stands thats no 1. Matter of fact both plays should of been into the end zone or out the back of the end zone. The pass to Bey shouldnt of been thrown either. He wasnt close to the sideline. And again there was more then a enough time left for a QB who calls his own plays to get a play in when the tell him to run a play.

so go against Tomlin he should?

hmmmmmm

yinz might want to start kissing your own ***, as it seems there is plenty to go around..

no, I said too bad Ben didn't get the cobwebs cleared from his swollen headed ego that led to that throw into traffic for the retarded INT that ended our season and got AB's leg ripped to shreds and out for the year

**** you, the fact that Ben had no idea whether they were clocking the ball or going to run a play is on Tomlin and Haley period. What did they do during the 5 minute review, talk about where they were going to drink and eat after the game? Our HC and OC don't even seem to be on the same page, and nobody relays that to the QB before you went back out onto the field and you blame that on Ben. Like I said, you might need a kleenex to wipe your face off.

What the hell are you talking about go against Tomlin... after the snap of the ball and Patriots werent fooled throw the ball in the stands and go to OT.. after no one else ran a route besides rogers throw the ball in the stands. After you couldnt communicate to your offense a play besides a one man route chuck the ball in the stands

And again our 14 year vet who calls his own ******* plays and has no problem telling the world he calls his own plays need help calling a ******* play. Can you Explain that.. and again i wasnt blaming him for **** but his decision to open his mouth and say "i wanted to clock it". Which is more reason to throw it away if you didnt want to run a play..

And **** you too

read this S L O W L Y...try to COMPREHEND. It is not a matter of needing help calling a play, it is a matter of telling the QB what the plan is for the next 2 plays. If you tell him before he goes on the the field we want to run 2 plays here if the first doesn't go in. Then Ben does not rush everyone to the line signaling and yelling clock it. Instead everyone is ready for a second play, Ben has either called the play in the huddle before the first play or he calls it at the line. Tomlin and Haley is to blame for that cluster **** last 30 seconds and if you cannot see that than like I said before, it just goes to show what you are all about.

The fact still remains that if Ben throws it away, none of that even matters. There was absolutely no reason to force that pass. Like I said, if there's confusion, Ben should've thrown the ****** away if for no other reason than prove a point that there was chaos everywhere. Instead, he forced a pass that had one black jersey surrounded by multiple white jerseys. It was a stupidly poor decision to throw it there.

You read it slowly why does our Qb who has experience calling his own plays. Who feels he is at his best callling his own plays. Who makes it his business to let everyone know he is calling the plays, need help to call a play once the call comes in to go for it???

I have never once said it was a good decision, but at the same time, I can count on one hand how many times I have seen Ben throw the ball away (take the good with the bad...it is who he is and some of his best plays have been because he won't throw the ball away). My entire gripe is how does your QB NOT know what the HC or OC wants to do with 30 seconds left, down by 3, with no time outs left? Ben was yelling to clock it, Tomlin or Haley is telling Ben not to clock it...how is that not decided before they ever went back onto the field for the first play? What the **** did Tomlin and Haley do during the 5 minute review? THAT is piss poor coaching.

You really are that ******* stupid. Read it again dumbass "It is not a matter of needing help calling a play, it is a matter of telling the QB what the plan is for the next 2 plays if Ben knew before he went back onto the field that we were running 2 plays then it is on him to either run what is called or call his own plays. The fact that he was yelling to clock it after the first play means nobody ever told him what they wanted to do in that situation. That is on the coaching staff. Has NOTHING do do with Ben calling the play, it has to do with Ben having NO ******* CLUE what Tomlin and/or Haley wanted to do if the first play did not get into the EZ.

A plan. Your dumb if you think a 14 year vet experienced in calling his own plays needs a ******* plan.. and ben always wants to clock it. WE'VE SEEN HIM DO THIS MULTIPLE TIMES..

Game's over guys.

Let it go. Got one next week. It's a big one.

Stan Saveran is on the radio saying the exact same thing im saying. The pass to Bey wasnt smart and that pass should of been thrown away too. He is saying the exact same thing

Apparently Ben had his own ******* plan, he was going to clock the ******* ball and kick the FG. Tomlin or Haley or both decided they didn't like his plan and told him not to clock it. Well if Tomlin or Haley had their own plan why the **** would you not relay that to the QB BEFORE he went back onto the field? What the **** did Haley or Tomlin do during the 5 minute review? So now you are telling all of us that Tomlin is not responsible for having a plan in place in that situation it should have been on Ben to have his own plan...so in plain words, if Ben is smarter than Tomlin and Haley we win, if not than you get what we had yesterday.

Yes, because Stan, Ed, and all of the other talking heads are so knowledgeable in football that they have never coached it a day in their lives. Their opinion means as little as yours or anyone else.

Um because maybe they thought the pass to Bey which probably shouldnt of been thrown either wasnt going to happen. The ball has to go into the end zone or out the end zone. But hey it went there. He didnt get out of bounds. And again if you are thinking about throwing that pass to Bey why couldnt Ben called two plays in the huddle if you are considering throwing that route.

Why did your hero not communicate what the plan was if the play did not get into the EZ or out of bounds? That is COACHING. That is COACHING 101, plan and prepare for the worst case scenario. The fact that the QB had no idea that you wanted to run 2 plays in that situation is on the COACH. You will NEVER assign any blame to Tomlin, but that clusterfuck in the last 30 seconds is SQUARELY on his shoulders.

perhaps Eli catches it if he wasn't held

but let us continually dismiss this

Still, though, none of it matters without the piss poor throw. This game can go round and round and round. However, the game ended on Bens throw into no-mans land.
