Ben is currently 2nd overall in passing yards, 4th overall in Touch down passes, and is the quarterback of an 11-2 football team.

No one has been better in the past five games played.

Up this Sunday could be a preview of the AFC championship game.

If Ben has a big day and a win over New England, I think he should be the NFL MVP.

they will knock him for that 5 INT day............

He definitely should be in that conversation. He's only 100 yards behind Brady for the lead and only 3 TDs behind him.
If he leads up to victory Sunday, he should be the leading candidate.
I love AB but Ben is the MVP of this team and should be a true candidate for the league.

::knock on wood::

Get that W on Sunday and we'll continue this conversation.

Ben was "subpar" according to the talking heads for most of the year he would have to exceed everyone by 10 oercent or more to be even considered. However if he outplays ******** and the Steelers beat the Pats they cant give it to ********.Wentz is hurt. Wilsons numbers and wins arent good enough. Leaves AB.

The 5 INT game knocks him out of the discussion I think

AB, on the other hand...

No chance. Every fan base but ours still sees him as a sexual predator.

31 fan bases view Brady and New England as cheaters too.

And yet he's only 100 yards and 3 TDs behind the mightiest QB to ever throw a foosball!

Double Standard much?

Brady the tampon boy will get the MVP. Too many media people swinging from his nuts.

The bar has moved his entire career. If Ben has wins its about numbers. If Ben has numbers its about wins. This year he has both but now it will be about consistency. My guess is the team votes AB which always seems to make the arguement moot.

If he were given the keys to the O all year like he has been these last several weeks, his numbers would be huge, it just sucks that he cant go no huddle or up pace until we are trailing in the second half, we jumped on Baltimore then the no huddle was put in the garage until the second half of the 3rd quarter

That kind of ties it to what I was saying, he wasn't playing horrible though, he's had at least 5 TDs dropped, and some big ones, especially the would be TD at Chicago by Bryant.

Even with all of that i still see him playing way better

And yet verily I say to thee... If he's been so terrible early in the season, how canst it be that he is only 100 yards and 3 TDs behind Christ Jesus himself?

Verily, it cannot be.

It cannot.

Nay. It cannot be.

His accuracy has been unreal over the past three weeks. Not that he was inaccurate earlier in the year, it's just that I've never seen him throw the ball better than he is right now.

If AB has over 100yds a TD and we win because of him, he gets the MVP over Brady.

Meh...Ben's just a game manager. And simply...... always will be.

Ben has to finish strong these last few games and must beat Brady.
He’s not well liked in the media that’s for sure so he will have to continue playing lights the **** out.
He’s still paying for that bullshit with those two ***** years ago even though never any charges brought against him.
I would love to see Big Ben win MVP.

And this is the ******* problem. Ben could average 500 yards a game for the last three with 15 more TD's and no pics, but as long as AB averages 150 of those yard and 1 TD he will win the MVP. same with the SB. When we go and Ben has 500+ yards passing with 6 TD's , but AB gets 150 and a TD he would win SB MVP. it's all bullshit just like when they gave it to Holmes. I don't know how Big Ben can let this **** roll off his back like he does, he is a better man than I am.

Just some food for thought. I added 300 yards per game to Bens numbers for the last three games this year, then I took the average yards passing for Ben over the last five years. I took that average times 4 ( the number of years Brady has been playing longer than Ben) I know Brady missed a year for an ACL but Ben has actually missed more games than Brady over the last 14 years so I called it a wash, if you added the 17000+ yards Ben would have compared to the same playing time as Brady, Ben would be over 2000 passing yards ahead of him at this point. think about that.
