Roman Wilson still around?

because he just isn't a fit in this offense. I hated this pick from the beginning, but this WR class wasn't all that deep.
He sure didn’t look like a great fit, hope he proves me wrong but don’t really have any expectations for him to do much here.

I wanted Jalen Coker late. Seemed like a better fit, good size for the AS offense and really good production at a small school. I always like the late round flyers on guys like him…low risk and high reward potential.

That is me in the far back center and you on the left. Those were good times !

Now get back to licking those windows they won’t clean themselves.
Nah, I always watch the game with my wife and sons.

But he's been playing football his whole life. This isn't building a rocket ship. I'd figure he knows the playbook. Run routes, catch the ball, run after you catch the ball.

It's not like the Steelers run complex schemes, hell opposing teams still call out what they're running presnap all the time.

Which is an even bigger problem now that I mention it..lol.
Tell Tomlin that. I was surprised they didn't put him on IR for the entire season for his 1st injury. Either way, I seriously doubt we see him until next year.

Well,I figured he would not play at all after we got past mid-season and still nothing. This reminds me of CA 3.

I figure they'll draft a wr in the first two rounds next year.

I agree. Go DL, WR, DL, RB as our top 4 and especially if they don't bring Najee back. Warren can be the RB1 for a while but I'm still not sold on him being able to take the beatings as the lead back. If he can, great but you still need another RB that can step in if Warren is injured or his fumbling rears its ugly head.

Don’t sleep on DB too.

I have a feeling they will have another busy free agency…

Come on boys don’t give up on Roman Wilson so soon. Stuff happens and not every kid can come in and light it up day one. He’ll be fine and come back ready to go next summer.

You guys are aware his very limited window of decent production in college came on a team that was stealing defensive signals?
To assume he will even make it in the NFL is a laughable assumption.

Tomlin seems to play it hard with young WRs. I remember when Martavis came back after the suspension I felt like they should have made a concerted effort to get him involved because of the obvious upside. Tomlin likes to be tougher on a certain player, and more lax on others as we've seen over the years. Wilson was drafted to play. So what if he makes a few mistakes starting out. Russ can get him oriented if he's healthy. It's like Tomlin doesn't give some of these guys a path out of the doghouse or makes it harder than it has to be. He's got complete jabronis out there getting snaps with little to no upside. Not much is gained in that situation trying to "prove a point" to the player. Throw him in the mix and let him learn on the way.

It's like in the West driving cattle. Someone said, "what about these horses? We need to break 'em (before we head out)?" The response was "we'll break 'em on the way."
