Round Two - Pick is Pickens

Skyy is a baller, but he was barely 5’9”.

Only thing about Pickens is I hope he‘s grown up in two years. Got ejected as a freshman, then US penalty for squirting water on opposing players.
I remember the water bottle incident against the Vols. I think the Steelers will keep him in check.

AB was 5'10", 185 lbs. What's your point?

AB was a freak. His workouts are legendary. But he is the exception to the fact that successful X receivers tend to be big and physical.

Moore will be limited to slot receiver. Slot receivers can be found in the 4th round.

You OBVIOUSLY DO NOT WATCH SEC COLLEGE FOOTBALL little boy...
This evening I’m actually out at the bar watching one of my favorite movies. It’s an old Michael Douglas flick. Are you familiar w/ ‘Falling Down’?

If you’d like to watch it with me, send me a PM and I’ll message you the details. Cool?

No Berm won't date you either Bob. Perhaps try one of those M4M sites.

I think Steelers get Nick Cross with pick 84. I hope they pick Leo Chenal with pick 84.

I am banking on the man has simply matured. Sorry. I don't trust Tomlin to keep anyone in check and grounded. A major flaw of his.

Asking a guy on 'a date'...that explains a lot...

Move along lil' fella - I don't get down like that.

Yes you called it. Been watching/reading up on him. Looks like he has a nasty “I’m not a WR diva I’m a FOOTBALL player” demeanor. I like what I’m finding out so far.
He’s not a diva but as stated has had maturity issues. The kid has always worked his *** off to make things right though. Let him shine without the distractions of academics, let his competitive side flow through the nfl. He’ll gel in just fine.

And for those rightly concerned about the ACL ... Pickens had the surgery in late March, 2021, played football in December of 2021, then caught a huge 52-yard pass against Alabama in the championship game on January 10, 2022.

Jameson Williams - a guy I would have loved to see drop to #20 - had ACL surgery on January 18, 2022.

So one guy caught a 52-yard bomb in the championship game, and the other HAD the ACL surgery 8 days later.

Pickens isn't super fast (would have liked 4.4 speed but he is still only about a year out from his ACL injury). That is my only knock on him. But, he has good hands, gets separation, and makes contested catches when in that position. This was a great pick.

If Pickens lives up to his hype and Claypool actually plays like he’s capable the Steelers will have a very good top 3 entering the season.

anyone ******** on the Pickens pick never saw him play in college.

I hated seeing Najee on Saturdays.
I hated seeing Georgia's **** QBs heave the ball up, knowing this ******* freak was off-screen and setting up for a huge gain.

Pickens is legit.

btw - his slow 40 speed? Terrell Owens clocked all of 4.65 at the combine. Aside from being a headcase, TO turned out pretty good.

Btw, 4.47 isn't a slow 40 time. That's still pretty fast.
