The incident occurred on Bentley Ridge Drive, part of an upscale San Jose neighborhood. It is the same street where McDonald's teammate, star pass rusher Aldon Smith, was arrested for DUI following a single-car accident last September.

Must be quit the street to live on.

The Wild Wild West

Harbaugh has lost control of his team. He needs to be replaced.

Now if only Hairball gets popped for DV too.

he would have a job so quickly if SF fired him.

saying that and totally playing devil's advocate, but how much craziness would it create if he replaced Tomlin? The BAL and PIT rivalry would be a damn circus and fans' head would literally explode. lol.

This is really opening up a can of worms. You can quantify a DUI, but how does one measure DV, and who decides?

The media? Roger? Does there have to be a conviction or just an accusation? Not to make light of it, but this could become very subjective.

Its always been "rog" who makes the decision. Why do you think the STEELERS were the ONLY team to not ratify the CBA? One of the main reasons, was it gave the "rog" solely to much power. Wisdom at its finest!!!!
