I’m glad Harbaugh never thought the same way. For that alone he was fireable.Miami should have ran the ball the last few plays. You're in fringe FG range. 5 yards is a big deal here

I know you hate the guy……but he was sure clutch on the drive that mattered.Beck is awful tonight. MIssed a bunch of deep opportunities
Wouldn't that make sure that this game was one for the ages? One play for a miracle finish.
It was, but they both were going after each other. Had they called DPI no one could have complained. If that was a pro game all we would hear for the next week is how that was DPI on the last play.
That’s why I thought nothing of it. Receivers routinely get mugged in the final play of games and nothing is ever called.Refs almost never call PI on a Hail Mary. I can count on 1 hand how often I've seen it called in my life. You have to pretty much tackle a guy to get a call.
Besides, it only would have been 15 yards and another Hail Mary attempt.
Lol yes, it is. Its far enough out, and its the last play of the game where the qb is tossing up a desperation moonball, hoping for a miraculous catch. It doesnt need to be a 60-yard bomb to qualify for "hail mary" statusThey were on the 35. That's not exactly a Hail Mary.
Is PI in the end zone different in College Football? As in the NFL it would be placed on the one yard line.Refs almost never call PI on a Hail Mary. I can count on 1 hand how often I've seen it called in my life. You have to pretty much tackle a guy to get a call.

It's the SECs last chance at a Natty. Miami is a beast...
I love in South Florida and I'm torn.
I'll stick with the SEC!!!

plenty of calls went Ole Miss' way all night....Watching replay of that last Ole Miss pass to the end zone ... their receiver was definitely interfered with. No call.
