He played special teams.
sounds to me like the Dri Haters Club were hanging on his every play or non-play just to pat themselves breathlessly on the back. You had 9000 pages of dri because Dri supporters wouldn't let it go. They kept trying to add pages to it thinking that Dri was going to break out and they could rub everyone's noses into it. Just like after the Giants pre-season game when it was brought back from the dead when Dri had 2 good runs.

That is not true. Go back and re-read the thread. After page 3, it is all the Dri Circle Jerk club posting after that point.
Bullshit. This site is like the GilDong report every time they make a draft pick that people didn't think they would. It's like sharks with blood in the water around here. I still hope the guy works out, but he's starting to look like Rainey v 2.0 so far. Does that mean he will be? I hope not. I know there will be a whole bunch of "I told ya so" happy ************* from the Archer thread, but I fail to see how that helps this team in the long run. I am always hoping the draft picks work out, cause we've seen what happens when they don't.

It was sarcasm...

Where is this circle jerk club, and how can I join?
yet we had a 9,000 page thread about Dri.
smh
Anyone that watched his college tape knew he didn't play "tough". He doesn't like to get his nose dirty on plays. He likes to run around blockers.
This was evident before we drafted him. To say the coaches are now surprised he's not tough is embarrassing.

I love how we are taking a radio report with no backing what so ever, as the truth about how players/coaches feel about Shazier.
Shazier is a rookie coming off injury, that has watched the game for several weeks, unable to work out very much do to the nature of his injuries. He will be rusty and less effective than the guys that are in their now. Having him play special teams while he gets back into game shape sounds like a smart move. Particularly since the guys in there are not that bad right now anyway. Timmons if my memory is accurate was dinged up his first season and turned out to be very reliable health wise afterward.
Mobility issues do not indicate to me that a guy is soft, sprained ankle roll up on a leg or something like that can happen to anyone and generally does to most guys. We will see what we have when he gets fully healthy.
We've been looking for a pivot man. How are you at catching?
