Since Blitz asked - Initial thoughts on the Bills vs ravens

man, it's hard to win playoff games, even if you have the (potential) MVP on your team

You should try winning one with Coach Tomlin………… really really really hard.

Salute the nation

I think the Ravens are probably a better team. I believe they contributed to their own defeat.
Death by a thousand cuts. Credit the Bills for being the better team though.
I was dreading that idea. I don't want the Chiefs again, but there's no way I would have wanted the Ravens in the Super Bowl. Either way, I think Washington is winning it all.
This has to give you hope. New owners and executive suite, new coaches and rookie QB and on their way to the championship game. Just a great turnaround

Russ fumbled after a run down inside the 5 and he got destroyed by people calling him out for not sliding.

Lamar throws a bad INT and fumbles while untouched and he gets no blame for the loss. A playoff loss.

It's all on Mark Andrews for dropping a pass where Lamar was late with the throw, forced Andrews to have to catch it while turning and falling backwards. He should have caught it but Lamar made it more difficult than it had to be.

I see Raven fans dumping all over Andrews, one of the best players in their team's history. One of their most reliable player, but he's not allowed any mistakes. Just forget all the crappy Lamar throws over the years that he's managed to bring down with his huge catch radius.

The 'New' that mattered was the QB. We can pretend it was only one piece. Just like we can pretend Belichick was the GOAT.

And it was only a year ago Jackson failed in the AFCCG. Not staying he hasn't improved because he has but if he doesn't give the ball away twice they are prepping for their 2nd consecutive championship game in KC

Maybe next year!

Reminiscent of Jackie Smith's 'drop' before halftime in SB13...

The cowfelons had to settle for 3. Ultimately our heroes won by 4. What was the line? Steelers by 3.5

Andrews 'drops' 2 points. Bills win by 2. What was the line? Bills by 1.5.

Andrews looked all tore up. Right? Fixed much?

Yeah, seemed like he wasn't even phased by it. Even when he went to sit on the bench he just looked like he didn't care either way. It was weird.

Maybe not

Andrews also fumbled when the Ravens were driving and had the momentum which was a huge shift in the game at that time. Lamar does share some blame as well you just can not turn the ball over in playoff games and expect to win.
