The Colts female owner is on the field with an earpiece to hear the plays, she's taking notes and talks to the coaches during the game. If any male owner did this, the media would correctly call it out as unhinged micromanagement and a distraction.

You mean she is on the sideline for the “sideline exception” at least she is following the rules, if she is indeed listening in to the coach communication and not on Spotify.

Not sure exactly what she is talking about, could just be chatter or her being a student and learning the language and how her staff operates. She isn’t allowed to speak into the comms system, just a fly on the wall.

While unusual to see can hardly label it unhinged micromanaging without more knowledge of the situation (she could be listening to T Swift ffs)…no more distracting than displaying a dinosaur on the field impersonating a QB imo

That shyte was so distracting could hardly keep my eyes on the TV. Come witness Art the flaccid’s rare find…the fumbling dinosaur
