The First Black Woman National Security Director was Condoleeza Rice.
She was ALSO the first Black Woman Secretary of State. (Technically she was not only the first woman, she was also the first BLACK woman in both posts. Something to note.)
Condoleeza Rice was the person who implemented (with the administrations blessing) the first academic programs at high-end private and federally funded schools that required minority acceptance minimums. (Think "Affirmative Action" for college).
Now... Who do you suppose was the fellow and party who recognized Rice's talent and promise? Who gave her the post of NSA Director and later Sec of State and enabled her to contribute so much to black advancement?
Hint, it was NOT Obama. Nor was it the Democratic Party.
In fact, when the Democrats took over, Condoleeza basically retired. She wanted nothing to do with them.
Elfiero, Tibs... Is this thing on? Hello ... Hellooo?
