But this comment shows that there is hope for us....
We could be as dynamic as the Idioteque and Vader duo.
Pffft, I've had lactose intolerance for over 20 years. Lactaid pills were a great invention.
Long story, but I was up at my bud's house in the North Hills a couple weeks ago. He was a cop but took early retirement and disability because of rheumatoid arthritis. His new girlfriend has him on gluten-free, he was bitching about it but allowed that he was feeling a little better. I have it in my thumbs and my knees pretty bad so I thought I'd give it a shot. From what I've read you need to go totally gluten-free for a month so the celia in your intestines perks up and then you might be able to eat a little bit. My brother-in-law got it a couple years ago and he breaks out in a rash when he eats any wheat products. I got a gluten-free and dairy-free frozen pizza in the organic freezer at Giant Eagle the other night. Rice flour crust and soy cheese. It wasn't bad.
most people do.
His wife makes damn fine chicken wings too.I blame Ark for most people hating Ark. Although Arks wife and kids are really nice folks.

I hate black people.
And it does not make me a racist because I hate white people even more than I hate black people!
People are the worst!
I started going gluten-free a week ago. The diarrhea is going away and as an added bonus the arthritis in my knees is feeling better.
Maybe that arthritic pain was just because your knee was choc-full of diarrhea??
