There is NO constitutional right to “protest” in America.
None. Zero. Zip.
What does exist is the right to “peaceably assemble”.
That’s it, not riots, not chaos, not blocking roads, not screaming obscenities, not intimidating, not madness dressed up as virtue.
You have the right to stand.
You have the right to hold a sign.
You have the right to assemble peacefully, without trampling on the rights of everyone else.
The moment it turns loud, destructive, coercive, or threatening it stops being protected and becomes lawlessness.
Words matter.
Rights matter.
Order matters.
A free nation survives on peace, not performative rage.
Stand. Assemble. Be heard.
