when it first happened, when i first saw the video, i couldnt see the guy's gun. then i saw the video of the one agent removing the weapon from the guy's hand and THEN he gets shot. But, when it first happened, no one knew where the gun was.

was it a bit over-zealous to shoot the guy after the gun had been removed? of course. but, like i said - we didnt know the gun had been removed when he was initially shot. in that situation, the ICE agent likely did not either.

all of this could have been prevented if the guy hadnt made the conscious decision to take a gun AND two magazines to an ICE protest AND insert himself into something he did not belong. No, it doesn't matter if he has a concealed carry or carry and conceal permit or not at the point where he made the decision to carry his gun to the protest. The fact that he was taking a gun into a protest, knowing it would - or could - escalate into violence shows he was not thinking nor acting responsibly.

And he intentionally did not take his ID? that is telling. he did not want to be identified in case he had to pull out his weapon.

it sucks that he got shot and killed, but he made the decision that his life was worth less than the illegal Somalians defrauding the US taxpayers, and the sexual predators also being rounded up by ICE.

for the record, we now have two dead Americans from the defrauding of American taxpayers by Somalians.
