Meh as yet more examples, I did a search today and neglected to add “-illustrated “ two of the top steelers stories were something alleging Roethlisberger wasn’t a HOF worthy QB, and another talking about the Jerome Bettis/Larry Fitzgerald friendly golf rivalry thing… (the same lighthearted story Steelernation covers fairly well)… only read the headline from SI and one would think that those two got into an actual fight…

Now I didn’t bother to read either of SI’s sensationalized crap stories… but it bothers me that having read the SN version of one, i know the headlines are just utter crap over on that SI site…
 
Unfortunately, SI’s Noah Strakbein is apparently a real author…so his inane trade fantasies will continue if SI survives this mess🤣

What kind of trouble can SI get into? I can’t read the links as they are paid subscriptions.?

I don't know if many know this, but AI writes the dozens of articles that populate Bing and Yahoo front pages. The word usage and malapropisms give away the tactic. For example, the articles often use the adverb "surprisingly" when the event is not much of a surprise. One article I read about the Houston Astros/Texas Rangers playoff game referred to the Rangers "scoring a point." Jesus, nobody who graduated 2nd grade refers to runs as "points."
 
The days of SI having credible journalists like Myron Cope, Peter Gammons, and Roy Blount Jr.....are long gone!

I haven't read anything from that rag in many moons....

It’s all getting sussed out in the courts right now.

There is a case where a guy wrote an Ai to make pictures… it ventured into what is basically underaged porn recreations. There is a case against him as the creator of the AI, holding him responsible for what his program did… its a very interesting and confusing dilemma…

Is it just me or does Brooke Pryor come off as a snotty ***** since taking over Steeler duties from Jeremy Fowler? I don’t care for her….
