I hate being in a position where I have to agree with the boards resident lunatic.
No matter how he worded it Stockley expressed his intent to kill the subject he was chasing. Then Stockley Open fire on the guy without ever seeing a weapon when the guys trapped inside his vehicle. Then we are supposed to believe that Smith DNA on the baggies of heroin are proof positive that he was in possession of the drugs, and at the same time we are supposed to believe that the lack of Smiths DNA on the weapon that was planted means nothing when the only DNA found on the weapon that was planted belonged to Stockley. It saddens me that my fellow conservatives who are supposed to believe in the rule of law will time and again take the side of Patently bad police officers. I do not think that it is institutional racism though. I think that many of you are so conditioned to believe that the police are always the good guys to the point that you will suspend objectivity and critical thinking.
