"Ooga booga goes the poo poo pants." You must not watch to many Steeler games as if you haven't witnessed or can't recall "the middle mess" that happened during Najee runs, you aren't paying attention. You think Washington makes "crisp definitive" blocks based on his size stats? It takes more than being large to make crisp blocks than what's on a stats measurement. Apparently, in your rush to cite physical measurement, you forgot to look at what's happening of the field. Big guy kind of "gets in that way," but that is a far cry from making decisive, crisp blocks that's taking players out of the play in any dominant manner. You end up with a bunch of players "milling about" not really creating any dominant blocks.
If he was, how do you explain Najee's subpar aypc #s? You can't. There is nothing crisp about Washington's blocking. Standing around doesn't count. For all Clown-lin's energy and focus he puts into run blocking, why doesn't he get any decent results? "Run, run, incomplete/too short of pass, punt." That's what you defend from this clown. Yea, "Mount Washington" really provides the pinnacle of blocking. Only in your scatter brained mind. "But he's 6-9,290 LBs, he must block players to the moon." Not.
