Nobody can convince me that was the right call. Majority of the time that fails. Plus you don't risk your kicker on the road in a tight game. Sorry that was bone headed ******* stupid.

The important question now is is our place kicker ready to play the second half? Will we have to go for it on every fourth down in field-goal range? And if we happen to score a touchdown, will we have to go for 2?

Yinz knows this is a low scoring game with barely any time to pass. We are running well enough, so that's about the only plus in our garbage offense.
 
ALSO, lead with your helmet and head to head contact should be called everytime. QBs have protection whether a fake FG or not, he took direct snap thus he is the QB.

Being aggressive....hell. How about on 3rd a 5 run a play that will get a minimum of five instead of 1 or 2. Now that would be aggressive for our team.

I think you have to be smart aggressive. Points are hard to come by this game and it was 3rd and forever. Tomlin just does not have good in game instincts. Just needed to take the lead there. With that being said it was helmet to helmet and now we have no kicker.

You are right about the bitching. But there is a time and a place...... that was not it. 3-3 game. Go into the locker with the lead. Momentum. I would rather have them go for it on 4th down with their normal offense if they really wanted to. But of course Ben would throw it for one yard and hope for the receiver to do the rest.
 
I don't normally root for injuring players but they are playing dirty. Hit to the head on Najee well out of bounds did get a penalty but the dude should have been ejected. The helmet to helmet late on Boswell should have given us a 1st and goal. The hits to Ben and putting the flag away. It's time to go as hard as possible and hit these guys wherever and however you want. If the officials aren't cheating, no penalties will be called.

Unfortunately he is a kicker and not a QB.
 
Oh, and who is our backup kicker? We should have one and could have gotten into FG range there with just a couple throws.
