that one handed snag at the goal line was a hell of a catch

i'm excited to see that.

But i wish Claypool & DJ were open more often - given much more of a cushion in the first 20 yards than the blanket coverage we've been seeing. Truly, the opponent does not respect the Steelers passing game.

GREAT, we have a 2 year OC that is installing an offense into personal we seem not to have. I guess we will need 6 takeaways in every game in order to have a shot at geting a "W".

Thing is... Steelers HAVE the players in place to put up say, 30-35 points a game. Scare the living hell out of the opponents. BUT they will not change the damn gameplan.

Why is the offense trying to be so damn cute every play with misdirection on every play, when you have: an All-Pro RB w/ some good speed, an incredible Rook that can slip away at the last second of the route and will catch everything, AND a Muth who is slippery deep and will catch anything?!

i mean why not screw the inside running game (our weakness) and go to the outside (our strength). That would tire the damn DL enough that our guys might be able to block them in pass-pro for a 3 count!
Why not tie their damn safeties up with Pickens/Muth combos where it's 1 read 2, if not then throw the damn ball away?! That aughta get em out of the box and O some breathing room.

Sometimes it's where you buy the popcorn that makes the taste. We've had stale OCs for 4 years now and the same thing day in and day out ........

i think this is it.
There are perhaps a handful of OC's that have = to or greater weapons than, and would not salivate to have: Najee, Pickens, Claypool & Muth.

ALL you need out of Trubidor is first read, second, if not chuck it away. just no INTs. That's it. And he can do that.
