Steelers-bungles game thread #theDivisionIsThereForTheTaking

They weren't gassed in the first half

Sent from my SM-A515U using Steeler Nation mobile app

I'd say they were getting pretty tired in the first half. Three and out 7 of 8 times by the Offense. And even if they weren't gassed, they were put in **** positions ... I was going to be diplomatic and say by the Offense, but in reality, it was Ben and Ben alone who put them in those **** positions. This loss is not on the Defense, the OL, the RBs, or anybody else other than the guy who threw a terrible pick and fumbled a routine snap, leading to two turnovers. Which led to the Defense being on the field a majority of the first half. The loss is on Ben. If Rudolph had played this game, and played as badly as Ben in the first half, everyone would be all over him.

Just saw this. I guess we're holding are season ending trend.

this is spot on. Now Ben will stand in front of the camera and say its on him and he has to play better and he will attempt to fall on his sword and everyone will say Ben is a straight up guy and he is taking all the blame for the whole team. IM SICK OF HEARING THIS CRAP!! He says it every week for the past 3 weeks. He needs to shut the F up and just play better and quit worrying about sounding all elder statesman and the grizzled veteran who is taking all the blame for the kids.

Now there is no mistake that the OLine is simply atrocious. They CANNOT RUN BLOCK. It is laughable to watch them try to run the ball on like 3rd and 1. This is the team that could not score after getting 4 shots from inside the 1 yard line a few games ago. The offensive line is absolutely terrible and Ben compounds it by just playing horribly. Everyone knows what they are going to do. They sit on the short routes. They dont need to crowd the box because the PIT OLine cant block 3 or 4 guys on a running play. They get no help from a big tall TE. Ebron is the only thing close to that and he is a pass dropping machine.

This team is spiraling down and it most likely beyond help now. And Ben just stands on the sideline and just looks around. No emotion. He might have gotten a bit animated on one score tonight but really its just "ho hum, I threw a bad ball. What are they going to do? Bench me and put Mason or Duck in the game??" The team is a national laughingstock. This made CIN's season. Proved to the CIN ownership that this Zac Taylor coach is moving his team in the right direction. Ben and Co really helped out CIN coaching staff tonight. Just imagine if they had Joe Burrow tonight. It would have been 42-17 CIN. I hope all can see that this is a bad football team right now. Injuries , covid playing havoc with the schedule or whatever, but its like Louis Riddick said on the broadcast. This is NOT a playoff team. Such a disappointment and an embarrassment.

Ryan Clark just *** ripped the Steelers and said they have no chance to win a playoff game. He said it killed him to say it.

Totally agree, Tomlin, Colbert, and Ben have slowly but surely run this team into the ground. Everything they say to get the team up has backfired. After two bad loses, win and get division, the "Star" QB played like he never played in a game before. Ben should have been benched, he was done after first drive, its just plain and simple football. Tomlin and his coaching staff are clueless, a bunch of hillbillies with egos and no real understanding of football

And this farce that Tomlin is a "motivator" is all media driven by his jibber jabber PC's, the words mean NOTHING! THEY HAVE NEVER DONE ANYTHING TO WIN A GAME...Please any of you Tomlin lovers, prove me wrong.

This game was a easy win, grab the division, start looking at PO's instead, both Offense and Defense looked clueless, scared, unprepared against a bad team just playing for bragging rights with a 4th string QB at best

This is all time low, does anyone really see Tomlin getting this team back to winning?

So i could hear what Cark said. He loves the Steelers but is honest in his assessments not an *** kisser.
