NO HE IS SLOW....And he runs sideline to sideline...Dude needs major off-season work...

Well. He was a Left Guard in College. Why they drafted him to start from game ******* one as a center is beyond me.No, he will not be a great guard. Jesus, thank God most teams don't run a 3-4 so he rarely has a defensive lineman directly on his nose. Put him up against NFL defensive tackles, and the ***-stomping will not get better.
Second, of course I blame him for sucking. Yeah, the team made a stupid decision in passing on Humphrey and taking this guy, but HE is the one that sucked.
Unfortunately it isn't.3,2,1...thank God it's over
We'll see about the rookies. The two OL have shown some toughness hanging in there. That's gotta count for something, right? I think Friermuth is gonna be pretty good. I think to be good on offense you have to have a weapon at TE. They are rookies, for the love. I think we need to have some patience with them. Besides, what other choice do we have?First off, the current GM and coaches give me no indication they have a clue about getting qualify offensive linemen. They passed on a genuinely great prospect in Humphrey for a ******* TE. They believed Kendrick Green was a good 3rd round choice. They continue to believe that Chukwuka Okorafor is an NFL-caliber offensive tackle.
Second, the same people NEVER admit mistakes and will now insist that Green simply needs to "mature," that Moore is "developing," etc. So in 2022, defensive ends will continue to blow past Moore and Green will continue to be shoved into the backfield.
Unfortunately it isn't.
K Green will be ok IF he gets in the weight room and works on technique.
YES. The coaching staff is just as terrible as Diontae’s fumbling and dropping easy passes.

He is not going to be big enough or strong enough to be a legit interior lineman. He is too short and not nearly talented enough to be an OT. He is a 297 lb. center getting pushed around like a shopping cart. Lifting with NFL quality strength coaches will help, sure, but I guess Creed Humphrey and Trey Smith - two rookie starters on the best team in the AFC - must have had magic or something to come out of college ready to play in the NFL.
Unlike Steelers offensive line draftees.
Nah, those are things you say about guys who aren't any good. Green just doesn't look like an NFL player. All of the time in the weight room isn't going to change that he's undersize and will continually get dominated by strong interior guys. Admit the mistake and move on at center, maybe try him at guard? Moore was thrust into the lineup early and was strictly a developmental player. He had some moments where it looks like he can be a player. However, if this line goes into next year with Moore, Dotson, Green, and some combination of Banner/Okorafor as starters, look for more of the same. I would not be against another complete makeover with 4-5 new starters. We'll see about the rookies. The two OL have shown some toughness hanging in there. That's gotta count for something, right? Matt Canada sucks and need to be fired immediately.

How the hell you know he would or would not be better as Guard, which is his natural position is beyond me.
Then he needs work on his delivery, mentioned it in a very matter-of-fact way.He was joking, einstein
Green sucks. Bust.
Webster-Dawson-Hartings-Pouncey-??? When you **** the bed on Steeler center lineage, you gotta go.
A Rudy sighting.

I'm not saying you are wrong. I'm just inclined to give rookies a little more slack. You gotta hope, anyway. They have so many needs, they can''t address them all in the draft. In a different world they would sign an OL or two in FA who can play, but that just isn't what they do. So I can see a line next year with Green, Dotson and Moore starting at least. The only way that changes is if they get rid of the coach, and we all know that ain't happening. At some point you just need to take the loss and let the clock run out.

Perfectly intact. Both Noll and Cowher hit their expiration dates right around 15 years and so has Tomlin. What about coaching lineage......................... ?
Never once did I mention anything about offseason lifting. Maybe others did.Because they are geniuses who see magic talent that others don't.
Steelers have had centers who can run and block on the 2nd level like guards. Pouncey is the prime example. But Pouncey was able to handle nose tackles as a rookie.
The idea that Green will simply become NFL strong by offseason lifting is frankly odd. Really, so he didn't lift in college? Or beginning February of this year? Or during training?
He is pushed around like a little girl. If you have any of the past five games recorded, watch just Green every play. It will make you sick. Players that are good-not-great can become very good or even great. Players that suck and lack functional strength don't become good. Can you give an example of somebody who was shoved around as a rookie - to an embarrassing extent - and become even mediocre?
I actually think this Steeler team 100 percent healthy Watt with JuJu, Alualu and Tuitt is a pretty competitive NFL team. Was hoping for a "shocker" game.
That happened in week one.
Post of the dayNever a losing season. Greatest coach ever. Finds a way to go .500 in a 17 game season. Genius, just genius.
Yep. I think it is time to move on. Tomlin has a couple years left on his contract so let that be his severance package.Perfectly intact. Both Noll and Cowher hit their expiration dates right around 15 years and so has Tomlin.
