Facts:
1. Steelers needed to pick up WR. They did, was a need and good move.
2. Miles Boykin was that WR, he is not good, he has never been good.
There is a conflict between the two which you need to resolve.
So the "fact" that Boykin is not good still makes it a good move just because it filled a spot?
