Yes, because coaches are supposed to overcome lack of talent.

Here’s a thought. We were successful because we had a HOF QB. Now, like most
Teams, we’re struggling with rookie QB’s at the helm. Can’t scheme out of that with average folks on the field.

This league is garbage. Until they fix the fixing, and get marsha et al out of the league, and get rid of tomlin and his romper room staff, it will be about 43rd on my list of priorities.

Absolute garbage.

Yeah surprisingly every damn QB, save for a small handful, suck for their first few games... almost all of them... even now... that doesn’t mean that twenty games into their careers they aren’t legit starters...

QBs have to develop
 
The guy is a better option than Mason. Let's face it. We are ****** at qb this year and our OC is a joke. Brilliant offensive minds they are not.
 
It's almost as if when Duck is in the game, there are other factors like blocking, playcalling, WRs not getting open, that get taken into consideration. But if MR is in the game, it's just MR sucks, bring in Duck and it's all better.

Fichtner has been carried by Ben AB and JuJu making tons of plays.
 
I mean, who is our best offensive weapon? It's not like any QB has game changers out there today helping him out. That said, you have to be aggressive.
