Steelers - colts game thread

Lack of situational awareness on the part of Rudolph, no throws downfield.
 
better come up with some adjustments because both Fichtner and Butler look overmatched so far.
 
I just don’t know how we stop their high powered offense.

Our down the field passing game requires the WR’s to make difficult catches. It’s dink and dunk city.

Rudolph can't read the field, he is nothing but a guy.
 
Switzer wan't bad when we first picked him up. Using him for quick routes up the middle. He looks like complete **** now and not using him right for quick throws up the middle. He's just there looking stupid.whatever his role is. As a returner you can't find anyone worse than him.

Yeah that's a bit worrisome. Boneheaded play by Leonard gets us within 3 though. Go Boz!

Rudolph looked great in 1st half. Passes all over the field. JuJu''s fumble/interception was HUGE. The D sucks so if they don't figure things out there, this game is over.

Can you return a blocked extra point for points (2)?

Based on personnel, the pass defense should be better.

The Steelers have been running the same defense for nearly 30 years now.

It was great in its day, but with the way the game is now played, it yields too many easy, uncontested throws over the middle of the field.

??? He’s dumping off passes to Samules primarily. Great first half? Nope. He didn’t pass for many yards and had a pick. Also he wasn’t good in the 2 minute drill throwing short clock draining passes.

I don't agree. They are not playing the old 3-4 defense of LeBeau. They are playing the new version. Would you rather to go a 4 man front and take a LB off the field? What do you want them to play?
