Steelers Faithful Show Up

We were very loud. Loved when Ryan had to audible out of plays because we got super loud. Awesome time at the game.

Listened to it on the radio sounded like a home game!!! Steelernation forever!!!!!!

Yep. Steeler Nation, representing.

When Gay returned the TD, the place was freaking rocking. Son-in-law to be admitted it was not just because it was a huge play, as evidenced by the fact that cheering and towel-waving continued well after the TD.

I get tired of the "Steeler fans travel well" commentary. In reality, there are just millions of us all over the U.S.

/\ /\ /\ THIS. I can't stand how the announcers never know this. They are retarded. "Steeler fans travel well." No, not really, we just stay remain loyal to the team after we move the F out of western PA. This lie has been repeated for ever, basically almost every away game. We pack the stadium at Jags games, and only maybe 10% actually traveled from PA for the game, the rest live down here.

You could tell by the early Heath chant that SN took that place over. I agree with the 7-1 Steeler fan to ATL fan ratio at the events outside. I was amazed. Then while watching the game and saw all the towels waving.
No doubt that crowd was 60-70% Steeler Fans. Some of the ATL fans were talking about how this was a home game for the Steelers. The workers at the hotel we stayed at said they have never seen such an influx of opposing team fans in awhile.
When we went to the game in ATL in 2006 there were very many Steeler fans there then but I don't think we outnumbered ATL like we did this time... It was crazy!

ATL is a notoriously bad sports town. They give their local teams little support. It is no wonder that there were as many Steeler fans as Falcons. Even Jag fans are more ardent than Falcons.

Well, ATL was one of the top places that Yinzers moved to in search of jobs in the 80's and 90's. There, Charlotte because USAirways transferred a mess of people, Jacksonville, Tampa, D.C., Houston, and Dallas probably top the list.

We were loud enough that it seemed like 60% steelers. It was more likely 40-50% though. Looking around for every black and gold crazy i saw 1 or 2 Falcons in red with disgusted looks on their faces . . .HEY its not OUR fault you bozos sold us your tickets!
