Steelers' George Pickens Seemingly Sends Strong But Simple Message To Pittsburgh's Front Office On Social Media

It is shocking to see the successive line of receivers going off the rails here.

The statistical odds of one team drafting all the head cases at the same position are miniscule. Likewise, the statitistical odds of one team proving incapable of developing any of those receivers into productive players and men are miniscule. Are we to believe this is random chance with odds comparable only to the Powerball Lottery? Or is this permitted, even encouraged, diva behavior?

Whatever the answer, it leads to mismanagement of roster assets.

This entire offseason has been one colossal mess. The more I think about it the more I really don’t think Khan, Rooney and Tomlin have a single ******* clue on how to run an NFL franchise. Lets just go over this.
QB- we let both the quarterbacks who started last season walk. Put all your eggs in the Aaron Rodgers basket. Sign Rudolph and not draft any competition.
WR- let a guy who in 4 games with 10+ targets (43 total) he had 459 yards at 18.4 ypc go for a third round pick. Probably equal to his compensation pick. Maybe less if he blows it up having a half way competent qb for once. Oh and he JUST turned 24. Traded and signed a 27 year old receiver for an absurd contract. I kinda want to see what the receivers after 52 end up being.

Are we trying to just tank for Archie Manning or what?

It’s almost like the coach doesn’t know how to handle or discipline players properly, kinda like he’s just going through the motions and clocking a check and doesn’t really give a damn.

that evolved to young money bs with Wallace, Brown ans Sanders. All downhill from there...

I think Plaxico was just a pre-warning shot, but the young money was the start of the actual DIVA-Steelers bull-****.

Or the coach just believes the press when he reads articles about himself, you know…….. the “whisperer” ones…….

I think Plaxico was a little more DUMBASSERDRY than diva.

I remember the “live” spike…….. fumble.

Mix in tool, as I saw in training camp close up what an arse he was.

Likely correct again amigo!

Mr EisenSHIP fancies himself playing 4-D Star Wars chess (shortening games and averting risk) while these other dummies just move their checkers around the board actually trying to score points.

We’re all just simps that are too dense to see the forest for the trees and truly recognize the brilliance we are witnessing.

When did the Steeler Diva Receiver Train start rolling?

Stonio Holmes? Earlier?
Without Holmes Pittsburgh doesn't win that superbowl. Holmes was alot of things but that guy was clutch when we needed it most. Can't put a price on that.

I'd love to hear how they came to the conclusion DK Metcalf was worth 31 million dollars more than Pickens. The 4th highest paid WR in the league. DK was literally outplayed by Picken's with Justin Fields and Russell Wilson at QB. He was the #2 in Seattle behind Njigba whos making 3 million/yr.
I don't hate Metcalf, just the Elite Price tag makes zero logical sense.

When will teams stop trading Pitt for their wide receivers?

Martavis to the Raiders for a 3rd
Holmes for a 5th
AB for what a 3rd and 5th?
Claypool for a 2nd

not much production from these 4 after the trades
