The Pittsburgh Steelers have been a somewhat frustrating team to root for throughout the 2020s. They had no real succession plan for quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, and that has plagued the franchise. The organization has not advanced in the postseason since the 2016 season, yet they have not really changed their philosophy in the slightest. Pittsburgh enters every season with a "win now" attitude, while a large portion of the fan base is just hoping that the franchise might commit to losing in an attempt to land a franchise quarterback. The Steelers are being led by Aaron Rodgers for the second consecutive season, and it'll be the last of his career.
