Did the Steelers let a franchise QB walk out the door? It’s the only thing one can assume the way he’s carving up this historic/special defense like they are JV squad turkeys

Who knows. I'd argue they let a potential franchise QB walk. However, I don't think he would have ever become one regardless had he stayed with the Steelers. The team needs to invest money into coaches that can develop young talent.

Our young guys occasionally seem to come in playing great early after coming from good coaching in college, then get worse the longer they play on the team.
