Steelers Lions game thread #RudolphGuideUs2aWin

Welp, that's the ******* season.

Watt down. holding knee... FUUUCCCKKK!!!

Guess I'm going to go and get a beer.
This game requires me to start drinking heavily.

No. They said the Lion had not reestablished himself in the field of play. If he HAD when he touched the ball, Ray's failed grasp at the ball would have resulted in a turnover.
No it would not have. The re-establish thing is what made it a touchback. It had nothing at all to do with Ray.

I said it before and I will say it again.....it would be nice if we get one of those TO things. I heard they help to win games.
thank you. Does the kid have ANY arm strength at all? He is late, he is low. He is throwing it up to high and trying to float it in to Diontae. He looks horrible. Give me Ben back if this is what Mason has to offer. He missed Ray Ray wide open in the endzone for at TD. He throws it right into coverage thinking the receiver will make a play when the defender is in better position than the receiver. I know its his first start of the year, but this is bad.
Nen get the snaps inpractice

because there is no chance at all. Once the Lions touch the ball, Ray can pick it up and run and if he were to fumble, by rule, it would go back to where the Lions touched it. It would have been a dumb play to NOT try to do something with it after the lions touched the ball.
It doesn't matter of the Lions didn't have possession ?.

Mike Tomlin walking the field... his inner dialog...

"How can I ******* go 8-8 if I don't have hall of famers on offense AND defense?"

Bush with a nice open-field tackle.

That Watt replay is at least encouraging. Direct bone on bone hurts like hell for a few minutes. Hopefully that's all it is.

Bush actually makes a ******* play. **** this game.

that could be a MCL strain or maybe ACL. The knee flexed inward. He walked off but that doesnt mean anything. Praying for good news.

Bush made an actual tackle ... well, the guy kinda walked into Bush's hug. But

If Watt is injured at all, any thoughts of getting anywhere this season are over. We already can't stop the run. With no pass rush, teams will light us up on the ground and through the air. Plus, Haden is out.
