The Pittsburgh Steelers, under now-former Head Coach Mike Tomlin, were known for being conservative on fourth down and relying a lot on the defense late in games. This often led to extremely close games, which were decided in the final minutes, and often, the final drive. The approach forced the defense to stay on the field a ton, especially when the offense stalled. Now that Mike McCarthy has taken the wheel, things could change in terms of how aggressively the team could get in its approach.
