Steelers’ Plane Emergency Landing

its pretty damn good, but i will put it second to Texas hill country bbq. I would put Memfrika 3.
Sorry, I don't like my meat slathered in candy sauce. I like it rubbed and baked slow and low for hours on end

yeah, I know what I said.

Plane issues of all sorts are more common than people realize…In all my years of flying, Ive only been on one plane that actually emergency landed due to mechanical issues and they had it fixed within an hour… we didn’t even know what was going on and it was a very minor inconvenience…
But I’ve been on probably three dozen flights that had mechanical issues before we boarded or took off that caused delays of all sorts… the last two this year were both discovered after boarding and we sat for over an hour on the tarmac while repairs were made..

Also a couple years ago I was traveling with a coworker who insisted on only flying on Southwest Airlines…. We were flying out of Oklahoma back to Pittsburgh…

The only flight left that we could get from southwest in the timeframe we needed was through Denver… so we flew all the way to Colorado, had a several hour layover… then on the way back there was a medical emergency and they emergency landed in oklahoma 🤦🏻‍♂️… I was pissed… lol we ultimately could have just caught a later flight on a differently airline and been home earlier…

And I was on a flight to Chicago once that was blocked by severe storms and due to fuel levels we were ultimately rerouted to Wisconsin and bussed back to Chicago … that was weird…

BBQ is good for the soul. I agree I would rather taste the food and not the sauce. However the BBQ in KC is still top notch, its just a notch below TX BBQ. Dry rub, low and slow is definitely the way to go and how I cook at home. I would rank KC BBQ over Memfrika with the vinegar in the rub.
