He actually plays a lot of RG too, so maybe he is tge center… definitely a sign they are shifting to the run though… rep is good in the run game, bad in passblocking
This isn’t a line anchor, just a guy on the line… they still need a really great piece
I think he can play G or C ..a capable run blocker. I think he starts at C. Now G, CB, and SS.
But, he's potentially a better "guy on the line" than we had at C or RG last year. Which is good.

Will be 26 in 12 days. Was traded to the Vikings last March from Az. Has filled in at both guard and center, as Madin said appears to be JAG. Will be his fith year in the league, 6'5" around 310, 32 1/4 inch arms. I'm hoping it's depth but I know it's a projected starter.

Center/Guard on his 3rd team seems like another low risk signing that has position flexibility the Steelers like. Hope he replaces Turner at this point.

A fine signing if you already had some other pieces in place. Right now it looks like they're rolling the same line coming back which is pretty disappointing. It feels like they're drafting someone high next month.

we can always draft Safety prospect Smoke Monday, but then gotta find Sniff Friday and get him too
I would still bring in a free agent G. Daniels was mentioned by Litos. I feel that would help get the Oline out of the basement.

I don't think this new center is a shoe-in over green But am looking forward to their camp battle provided it is true best man wins.
If Danials is our last guy they bring in then we know they are satified with the OL and will DRAFT DL / CB / S.
No big splash on OL, unless Danials is considered that but also realize that each player they have gotten has been an improvement.

They are locked in at both Tackles for better or worse so you can eliminate Tackle from the shopping list. They have on paper 2 guard Centre's and a guard in Dotson. If they go interior Oline with the first or second round they are full. Dotson and a guard or centre draft pick and fight for the remaining spot.
You could also slide the newbie over to RG and sign the rats C.

Depending on the structure of these deals we might be close to the cap soon… its hard to bury money on 2 and 3 year deals lol

I mean, there is no way they're going into next season with Moore-Dotson-Green-Cole-Okorafor as the starting offensive line, right?
Remind me again of last season's starting offensive line.
then remind me how long they stuck with Jarvis Jones, Evander Hood, and Artie Burns? I know, not OL, but they do reflect an organizational stubbornness.

TACKLE.
For crying out loud, Chukwuka Okorafor is not a good tackle. At all. His pass blocking is mediocre, but his run blocking is awful. PFF ranks him 50th in offensive tackles. 50th.
Out of 64 full-time starters. He is 50th.

Cole is a really solid addition. He’s versatile and is better than what they have right now. He will either be a decent starter or a quality backup and the steelers need both. They will still likely draft at least 1 interior OL and may even sign another.

I will.be honest. Never heard of the guy. I feel like that would be me making a video of Juju leaving. He's leaving. And most fans know who Juju is. I have no idea who Cole is.
