Cortez Allen is not very smart.
penalties are only called on certain teams at certain times...
I'm not a big fan of Tomlin, but do you consider Heyward Bey fumbling, Tomlin ball? cause thats not tomlin's fault.
Cortez Allen is horrible, give me 37 year old champ bailey over him. he gave a cushion and the dude still ran right by him

Between Bryant's drop and Heyward-Beys fumble, the Steelers themselves are doing everything they can to keep the Colts in this game.
The referees did not force those mistakes or make Cortez Allen the worst Steelers CB since Donnell Woolford.
