Shhhh...the national narrative is to sleep on the Packers D. We like it that way. Just starting to get the injured players back a little bit.On D, we are just about neck and neck with GB in points allowed (19 to 20) but they lead us in yards given up (11th to 31st).
And the offense is extremely young. Losing starting LT(Bakh) for the season after week one was a major blow. Aaron Jones hurt also after week one. Those 2 were the solid rocks and leaders of the offense. Losing them threw the whole offense into a tailspin. Just now getting Aaron Jones back healthy. Totally different offense when he is on the grass.
Also takes a little time for an offense of mostly rookies and 2nd year players to start clicking on all cylinders.
The Packers certainly are not pleased to be 3-5. Every game is a must win right now. This is a business trip. One focus, bring back that dub.
I like the Packers chances Sunday..
We will soon see what happens.
