Its time for the rooneys to seriously consider:

-revamping the scouts/scouting process
-look hard at the front office and possibly look for colbert and staff's eventual successor, and subsequently, a fresh cadre of coaches
-find the team's next franchise qb. ben is going to be done in the next 2-3 years, have no doubt about it
