Most likely because as he was running his route across the middle, the safety came down to offer help.
Would have been a really stupid throw to make.
Mitch tries it though.
 
I think this one stands in Ravens favor.
 
TJ had a chance to jack up Huntley instead went for the ball. Should have let him know he needs to think twice about running
