That is a fumble... and refs need to call close plays towards the call that has automatic replay involved... hell refs should be able to call for a replay in the case they aren't sure... call that an incomplete pass when a team doesn't have a replay and it can change the game

You ever see most HC challenge records? HC in the NFL are mostly strategic buffoons. every team should have a non ex football player who has a strategic background to make the in game decisions. HC should organize and motivate... leave the decisions to people qualified to make them
