To me, it looked like Brown was open, until he backed up into the rear of the end zone. They obviously weren't on the same page, but Brown had position based upon what I saw.

That's exactly what Brown should've done, he had position, instead of running across the defender, he should've just checked towards Ben and it's an easy first down.

Those two weeks were a complete anomaly.. This team is awful... What I can't understand is why everyone acts so surprised when this team loses to teams like the Jets, Titans, Bucs, etc. The Steelers aren't any better than them.

They are one of the worst teams in the league .

Wonder which head coach is enjoying this the most, our head coach or the one who should have been. Which coach is playing to win and which is clueless. Which head coach could not wait till this game started and which was thinking what his pregame talk would be. Once again we had a lot of pregame hype and at half the hype is gone. How could you not be ready to make plays when you had it handed to you by the jets, you come to a field full od Steeler fans and playing for first place. What else did Tomlin need to fire this team up.

Until we figure out how to play defense this team is going nowhere. We are a sad bunch out there, I will admit it I thought McCullers would make a difference but he don't look all that good. We run delayed blitzes while we let our db's play off and wonder why we get carved up!!!!! This **** has to stop we can't pressure and we can't cover and you can blame the old guys cause they are all hurt. Time for a major shake up in the backfield......ok there I am done venting bring on the 2nd half!!!!!! Go Steelers....

Three weeks they stood around the LOS with 6-8 guys and brought pressure and caused confusion for experienced guys. Now we stand like war of independence soldiers and bring 4. Why. Don't like success.

Archer is a change of pace back. They changed the pace from successful to sputtering.

This is the problem with Haley's offense. They get too caught up in trying to use all the formations in the playbook instead of just focusing on sharp execution of some core concepts.
