I would hire him in a heartbeat. Dude doesn't **** around. Don't care about the past. If we keep holding on to silly ideas and traditions the league is going to pass us by.

By not making the playoffs a few times. It is Mikes best and worst attribute. He is great at getting a lot out of a little but then it fails against complete teams and we never get to reload.
