By: G.Stryker, Twitter & IG @SNStryker* SteelerNation.com #SteelerNation was excited to see their franchise quarterback throwing the football again. Ben Roethlisberger released a well produced video showing him practicing with teammates for the first time on his Instagram page @_BigBen7. There isn’t much footage, but G.Stryker was able to break this video down frame by […]

Great break down "G" and thanks

I think he will continue to throw NFL passes all the way to 7.

If you have the clairvoyance gift, you can see deep in that mirror shot that ben is hoisting #7

Hopefully his arm is pain free yesterday and today, I'm guessing Ben had already thrown similar passes somewhere prior to this weekend. I doubt he would have made a public appearance albeit limited if there was a chance he could have stopped after one or two throws grabbing his arm. This is good news indeed.

nice write up and observational skills. You played, so it is no shock, but still....nice understanding of the field - where the players box is, the kickoff marker, logo, etc. The off color lines are likely soccer field markings as a dual use field. anyway - well done.

Cheers, both playing and sports officiating in college helped a ton.

Here's a link to the video breakdown. The article is a little more in depth, but some of us like visuals...

Ellie May was a great visual back in the day.............................................. but today's Megan Fox / Shinia Twain / Faith Hill / could also be useful................................................

Whaaaat? No pictures?? Don't get my hopes up like that DIC!

One thing you can't miss in some of those stills - his arm looks STRONG. The rest of him looks in damn good shape too. His neck is probably pretty roped as well from packing around that extra 20 pounds of facial hair. These videos will get the Nation pumped for the season!

Well, in the age of Covid he probably should have just cut it at home rather than go to the barber shop with his entourage but something had to be done. The Yukon Cornelious look was getting out of control and the beard was getting to the point where it was on the verge of providing cover habitat for songbirds and small mammals.

how ******* starved for football are we that we watch and listen to cope take over 10 minutes to breakdown a short video....

**** I need some damn sports to watch....

yeah, Ellie May and Marilyn Monster and of course Daisy Duke....great visuals

**** the whiners...according to updates the cut was a favor done by Ben's barber and no money changed hands...no different than having momma cut your hair at home

TOTALLY agree as politicians have a tendency to look at things to short sided and spend endless other people money. I'm glad the "barber" extended out his statement and used it as a building block instead of a confrontation. I don't know the PA Govonor but hope he sees and realizes what actually went down in both the actual hair / beard trim and rebutted staement.

The situation was handled correctly by the barber. We were privy to seeing the email written to Ben's people, and it was an officer accusing the barber of breaking the law. If the store is closed to the public, and the barber is doing it as a personal favor for a friend. No laws were broken. My video breakdown, you could see 4 people on site. Well under the gathering size laws. Also the barber was wearing a mask and gloves. The barber did everything right. I only hope he earns great publicity from this and gets a ton of business when his doors open.
