I know I may be in the minority here but when I first saw it I jumped up and was ready to come through the screen. But after seeing the replay it wasn't as bad as a hit I originally thought. I thought he went for the knees.
why would anyone cheer for a player that goes after someone's knees from behind, as the play was getting blown dead? That was a BS move, no matter who did it. If Timmons or Harrison did that to Forsett, I'd be pissed at them.

Targeting an individual player with two blatant personal fouls in two games. He was fined for the first. One game suspension. It was Upshaw who hit Ben with the crown of his helmet in the first game, and it was Upshaw who hit Ben in the jaw last night.
They aren't learning Roger and clearly being coached that hitting with the crown of the helmet is legal by their whinny ***** head coach. Suspension for Upshaw and fine for whinny ***** coach. Protect the shield Roger!!!!!The last time the Baltimore Ravens and Pittsburgh Steelers crossed paths in their AFC North rivalry, Baltimore outside linebacker Courtney Upshaw hammered Pittsburgh quarterback Ben Roethlisberger on a sack that made all the highlight shows. Upshaw was flagged for roughing the passer on the play and later fined by the NFL for hit, which only added to the buzz about the play. Upshaw's coach, John Harbaugh, was among those who considered it a textbook tackle, not a penalty.
Upshaw will have the opportunity to get after Roethlisberger again on Sunday night when the Ravens visit the Steelers.
Upshaw is a former Eufaula High School star and Alabama standout. He considers his tone-setting smackdown of Roethlisberger in the Sept. 11 game as the top hit in his career.
"I would definitely rank that No. 1," Upshaw said last week. "It's the NFL. Nothing that I did in the past can out-rate that one because it's the NFL. And it's Ben. ... I had a chance to get a big hit, and I didn't pass up on it. We pride ourselves on being physical up front, and it started with that first play."
My opinion is this. First off not sure if the guy who hit Ben in the Jaw (Mosely?) was the same guy who hit him with the crown of his helmet to the chest body in the first game.
Yes, it is - Upshaw is the guy's name. Here is the hit - late and he went after Ben's head:
and no penalty on the play?
He probably should be suspended (I don't know what the player's Association says about it) but he will get fined. I was more disappointed that Ben gets his jaw rocked and not one OL does anything.

I was hoping someone would post this.
Someone likes to double dip his teabags...LOL! You can always lift the ban then ban him again.
I hope Dr. Wallace did some of his proctologist work during that extra point scuffle on suggs or upshaw
Excellent post.Ravens showed their true colors last nite.
That shot from Upshaw on Ben was about as dirty as it gets. That should have warranted a ejection. His intention was to injure the QB with a cheap dirty shot to the head way after the ball left.
They looked like a bunch of thug bullies who were throwing a tantrum because the Steelers didn't back down from them. and were getting their arse beat down.
If Upshaw doesn't get suspended I will be pissed.
And why does Harballs always act like these penalties aren't warranted when he is standing there looking surprised after he just watched it on the jumbo.
A decent coach would have apologized for his teams performance after the game, but he is as dirty as they are.
I think he should be fined based on how ugly he is... man needs to be hit with a frying pan... might make him look a bit better...
