A co-worker’s Buffalo Wing Dip recipe

2 12.5 oz cans of chicken, or about 1.5 lb cut up chicken
1 16 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup hot sauce
1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup chopped celery

combine all ingredients except celery. Then just heat it up. You can bake it or do it in a pot on top of the stove or crock pot. Crock or instant pot on slow cook is probably best. If you are using raw cut up chicken instead of canned, brown and fully cook the pieces in the pot first then add the rest. Just heat until bubbling. Add celery just before serving so it stays crunchy
 
I’m doing a taco/fajita spread. Firing up the good old Blackstone to whip up some flank steak fajitas and chicken fajitas with the option of doing a ground turkey taco meat as a base with all of the fixings. Mrs Falco is making her homemade churros. There’s. BJ’s Warehouse that opened up near me and I’m serving nachos with their brand of salsa as a side.
 
I was thinking on spit BBQ using my vintage RED HOT POKER on t*mmyb*y but then realized Boobie already sucked the spit out of him making it a dull dried up deflated balls meat like substance with "TB12" preservative juice.

I'll skip that debacle.
