A co-worker’s Buffalo Wing Dip recipe
2 12.5 oz cans of chicken, or about 1.5 lb cut up chicken
1 16 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup hot sauce
1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup chopped celery
combine all ingredients except celery. Then just heat it up. You can bake it or do it in a pot on top of the stove or crock pot. Crock or instant pot on slow cook is probably best. If you are using raw cut up chicken instead of canned, brown and fully cook the pieces in the pot first then add the rest. Just heat until bubbling. Add celery just before serving so it stays crunchy
