The Doobie Brothers bring their "A" game

The O-line and the RB's were fantastic. This is huge for the offense. Teams can't load up to stop Ben or load up to stop the run. If the O stays healthy, they will be there force I thought they could be. 30 plus points a game baby!!!!!!!!!!!

Bell is second in the league in rushing yards, with a 5.9 yard average. He's first in the league in yards from scrimmage. Where's that poster that said he'd never be any good or improve on his 3.5 rookie average?

What's really nice is that you can see why the team took him instead of Lacy. He really puts in the work, stays patient, doesn't panic, reads the defense and takes what they give him. He is the most complete back I've seen in a Steelers uniform period. Really coming into his own, the more he plays like this, the better our offense will be. And when he's running like this, it really fires up Blount as well. He came in and delivered the knock-out blow we've been missing since Bettis retired.

Excellent game from these two and our OL.

Plus Lacy likes to put it on the ground.

it all starts in the trenches, win there and we have the talent to make amazing things happen

ive said it before...........this team is still a work in progress, especially on defense...........but on offense, once they put this **** together get the oil lubed on the moving parts, its gonna present nightmares for the opposition

Game balls to the Oline.........they made **** happen. Im all for Wallace keepin that starting job over Foster.

Bell and Blount are a remarkable tandem and im hoping we can retain Blount for the right amount of weed once his deal is up. Legalize that **** Pennsylvania

I seem to recall several people touting Lacey over Bell here near the end of the season last year. How's Green bay doing with their feature back and their can't miss franchise almost as good as God qb this year? I mean, with everything I've read, if you have a superstar Running back like Lacey, AND a Franchise qb, you're supposed to win multiple superbowls, and never ever get your ***** handed to you.

Wait, ****, that's just for OUR team. Next time "one hit wonder" Rogers has a good game, we'll hear how amazing he and Lacey are, and how horrible we are.

Joe

Now Bell just needs his legal stuff handled and we don't have to worry about a suspension this year. These guys and this line are really looking good. No Foster last night either. Awesome job.

I hope these two realize they are on a short leash. One more screw up and they will be cut. I certainly don't want to see that happen especially after last nights performance.

you know they are lighting one up to celebrate last game

So you're saying I should pick up Blount for my team this week and drop Bobby Rainey?

Dress the goal post pad as a large blunt and the endzone pylons as lighters..........watch em run !!! and run HARD...........motivation..............

You can be critical of Blount and Bell for their off field antics, but WOW they showed up last night. In addition, playing Blount the second half more gave Bell a breather and kept his legs strong for next week. The D is going to be banged up next week, no Ike, Shazir or Jones so the rest of the D will have to step it up and it would be nice to see B&B grind out a ton of yards, consume the clock and score.

Blount's score near the goal line where a D back tackled him at @ the 3yd line and Big B drove him into the end zone brings back memories of the BUS!

My hope is that they CONTINUE to use a FB and TE's to help block and let these guys split carries. Until the other teams stop it, keep pounding the ball at them.

As much as I hate Dion Sanders, he gave me a chuckle in one of the post games. Very casually he said, "Nobody wants the hit that Blount."

Nice to see Bell give so much credit to the OLine after the game.

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to pittbull again.
