The O-line and the RB's were fantastic. This is huge for the offense. Teams can't load up to stop Ben or load up to stop the run. If the O stays healthy, they will be there force I thought they could be. 30 plus points a game baby!!!!!!!!!!!
Bell is second in the league in rushing yards, with a 5.9 yard average. He's first in the league in yards from scrimmage. Where's that poster that said he'd never be any good or improve on his 3.5 rookie average?
What's really nice is that you can see why the team took him instead of Lacy. He really puts in the work, stays patient, doesn't panic, reads the defense and takes what they give him. He is the most complete back I've seen in a Steelers uniform period. Really coming into his own, the more he plays like this, the better our offense will be. And when he's running like this, it really fires up Blount as well. He came in and delivered the knock-out blow we've been missing since Bettis retired.
Excellent game from these two and our OL.
I hope these two realize they are on a short leash. One more screw up and they will be cut. I certainly don't want to see that happen especially after last nights performance.
As much as I hate Dion Sanders, he gave me a chuckle in one of the post games. Very casually he said, "Nobody wants the hit that Blount."
Nice to see Bell give so much credit to the OLine after the game.
ive said it before...........this team is still a work in progress, especially on defense...........but on offense, once they put this **** together get the oil lubed on the moving parts, its gonna present nightmares for the opposition
Game balls to the Oline.........they made **** happen. Im all for Wallace keepin that starting job over Foster.
Bell and Blount are a remarkable tandem and im hoping we can retain Blount for the right amount of weed once his deal is up. Legalize that **** Pennsylvania
Loved when Cheech finished that run on the goaline. That was friggen awesome. He needs more touches.
