I could be wrong, but I don't imagine it's all that difficult to become a successful gazillionaire real estate developer when your father was a successful gazillionaire real estate developer. To me, he's a 70 year old man version of Paris Hilton. All that he did was use his father's formula (and his money) and continue to do what his dad had been doing for decades... not exactly rocket science.
