The problem with Diddy’s case is that they over charged. The RICO charges were stupid. Had they gone after the drugs, the domestic violence, and straight up prostitution charges, it was a slam dunk. No, they couldn’t have put him away for life, but he would have been a decrepit old man til he got out. Now, he’ll likely get time served and a decade of probation. They got too smart for their own good and it blew up in their faces.

I think the prosecution was paid off.

They know what they are doing and they knew they didn’t have the evidence for RICO charges.
 
Musk came out and said Trump was in the Epstein files which is why they were not released. That is a very bold and dangerous claim. It would not shock me if Trump was in the list but it is not a claim anyone should be making without evidence.

Y’all need to understand that it is better to have compromising blackmail material on Rich and powerful people and government officials than it is to put those people in jail. So how could the list be ready to reveal and then it wasn't there? Somebody's got some splaining to do. If Trump went to the island, the best thing he can do is bring it to the forefront,, be ready to turn over the keys to JD and expose everyone else. Otherwise he's just another crooked, corrupt politician. And an ******* to boot.

Biondi stated that it was on her desk "for review". "For review" could imply she had not examined it yet.

But what was actually on her desk to be reviewed was the Epstein file she explained.

She may have taken for granted that this infamous list was in the file when asked the question.
The demonrats and media are all over this.

No list as we would perceive a list to look like.

In reality, many people referenced in these documents are not accused of wrongdoing, though some are, and the filings are not a “client list” as some surmised.

Instead, the “list” is actually dozens of documents from a 2015 court case filed by Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre against his co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell, who has been convicted of child sex trafficking.

Someday you'll realize that Republicans, Democrats, Green Party, Elon's "X" party...are all a bunch of crooked, disgusting, vile, corrupt, selfish, pedophiles who are all above the laws that us pee-ons are held accountable to.
