The head coach search

Look at what Mikey T. Inherited in 2007 vs what he leaves for his successor in 2026.
From a stacked roster, young franchise QB, great coaches to this hodge podge of nothingness.

OVER aged and OVER paid to add to the insult.

TJ Watt "finally"

Aaa-ron "i'm retiring, unless they bring me in as a QBs coach"

Cam "I'll finish out contract"

OL group "get us some one who can actually coach OL"

Joey P " imagine how good I can be in a decent scheme""

the list goes on------------------------

Just heard on NFL Network that the Ravens are running candidates by Lamar for approval and he will sit in on interviews. So, that tells you Lamar fired Harbaugh.

He should go by Lebron Jackson now.
Wow, hope they let his Mom sit in too.
McDaniels might be the only possible fit then.

Lol Lamar is only going to keep getting worse and worse. Love this move for the Ravens.

They won’t lack for candidates considering the history of coach longevity. Even though the new guy will not immediately inherit a squad like Tomlin did, Rooney needs to go with a young coach and tell him to tear it down and you’re here for the long run. You can get rid of or we’ll trade anyone you want, you want us to pick up some of DK’s salary and trade him, we’re in. Trade an old all pro with a year on his contract, gone (Rooney won’t do that one).

There’s 6 guys I’d say should remain because of age and potential, Porter, Fautanu, Harmon, Frazier, McCormick and Washington. Gainwell and Warren are good backs but by the time they rebuild this, their value will be diminished.
