Always love watching him returning an INT, he's just so crazy running with the ball. My favorite was him picking Palmer and then trucking him at the goal line for the TD.

I love all the stuff from the past that Troy did for the team. The sad fact is that he isn't producing at a high level anymore and it is time for him to retire.

Troy can still produce but the main issue is he isn't surrounded by a decent cast.

Troy was never a traditional strong safety. He was always a LBer/Safety hybrid who Had a great range, he would snuff out the underneath stuff and create a lot plays by being instinctive.

Now he's supporting cast is horrible and there are limits to his style of play.

Put a ball hawking SF back there and we'll talk....he can still play.

I love Troy as much as the next Steeler fan, however he is done. His explosiveness is gone and we can't have a safety with diminished speed getting burnt by Andy ******* Dalton. I doubt Troy goes to play for another team and I love the memories he has given us over the years. One of my all time favorites.
