Seems like their personal information was all that could be leaked. Also doesn't seem like there is much there or the hacker wouldn't of demanded $428

What kind of dirty laundry? Failed drug tests?

You name it. Anything the NFL has records on, which could include their own private investigations on players...something the media would eat up.

FYI, the title should state NFLPA, not NFL

"But that’s what has happened, in a data leak from the website of the NFL Players Association that affects as many as 1,135 football players. And hackers may now have access to all that information, a security expert warned Tuesday."

I thought this was about the broadcast. Anyone else have issues with their CBS station freezing up and skipping on Sunday?

coach whoever throws a thread up should be doing their best at trying to solidify the topic matter. Especially one that seems possibly far fetched. So his homework should have been your homework to start with IMO.

I did provide a link. How many are required for breaking news?

If a poster says or implies or asks is this fake, the onus is on them to provide the evidence. That did not happen here as the poster shot first, and didn't even bother to aim later. When I read the reply I did add a few more links on the story for those who want to read it.

Regarding a security hack, companies are very tight-lipped, and the NFL is no different.

The NFL was hacked when the ******** Goodell became the commissioner on August 8th, 2006

He only costs the NFL about 34 million dollars a year.
