The Official Thread Dedicated to "Trump Winning"

Tibs, you should be embarrassed by what you've become. You've literally had about 30 posts about how the sky is falling over a Presidential VISIT to Europe. Jesus H. Christ. All of this is bullshit and you're falling for it hook, line and sinker. Just like the media. Just like the crazy leftists hoping against all hope for impeachment.

The Trump Derangement Syndrome is high with you right now. No doubt about it.

I mean really... in 2 months, what is the REAL consequence of this European visit? That the EU/NATO is going to accelerate their increase in defense spending? Check. That's it. What else do you predict in your chicken little wisdom? Because I'm really curious. I really am. You cry BAD! and SHAME! every ******* week and you can't show me ONE concrete negative thing that is happening to our country right now. Not ******* one thing.

You came out from your liberal rock to cry foul when the stock market took a blip. It's back up above 25,000. Need I remind you the DAY before the election in 2016 the stock market was 18,000. That is a 39% increase since election day.

Unemployment in this country is the best it's EVER BEEN (in context). Wages are starting to go up. State and local tax revenues are up. I am so ******* excited as an American I can hardly contain myself. Things are GOOD unless you want to listen to the news that cries BAD! and SHAME! on every little thing like you do. You need to really give it a break. You're delusional.

It's odd how triggered you are by the idea people are opposed to this President. Somehow the hundreds of blaring, in-your-face pro-Trump posts dripping with propaganda, delusion and grandeur fly right by your ear. Those are all perfectly normal and acceptable.

But dare oppose Trump, one should 'be embarrassed' and 'give it a break'

In my view it's 'embarrassing' and 'delusional' to gauge a President's performance exclusively using parsed-down economic data & statistics. That's all you do, that's all that seems to matter to you. Unemployment numbers. It's like there's nothing else out there in this world of ours that is of concern to you.

You came out from your liberal rock to cry foul
It's childish and petty of you to constantly rehash these tired and lazy insults. It's beneath you, yet that doesn't stop you from lashing out.

Del........I'm sure you noticed that ole Tibsy completely ignored your very pointed question about the validity of his angst.

I can't help you or del if you can't see anything negative happening with Trump currently. You're on your own.

We'll see in two months, I guess. What's noteworthy is the unprecedented outpouring of opposition to Trump around the world, specifically now in the UK, our staunchest ally. By some counts 250,000 people were in the streets of London yesterday. There has never been a backlash against a US president there like this. Of course, it doesn't give you pause why that may be, because the economy is strong and unemployment numbers are down.

Facts to a Liberal's argument are like a cross or a stake to a vampire. Feelings based arguments are what they have and facts are an inconvenient distraction from feelings. Facts also shoot holes and basically every one of said arguments and must be avoided or altered at all costs.

Now......For all the Liberals who pretend to be confused as to why Conservatives hate the mainstream media, let me make an analogy as to what they do. It may not be out and out lying because they would get busted every single time, but it's manipulation and a false narrative all the same.

Let's say that Trump's successes are represented by a herd of 100 elephants in a giant room. I mean the room is packed with elephants wall to wall. Trump's screw ups are represented by a single tiny mouse over in the corner almost completely obscured by 100 elephants.

CNN and every other mainstream media outlet runs a lead story" THERE IS A MOUSE IN THIS ROOM!!!!!

"Ladies and Gentleman we can see the mouse! Wolf, are you getting a good shot of this mouse??? Let's talk with our panel about the mouse!

14 straight days go by with the mouse as the lead story with not a single mention of the elephants. Finally, a Conservative personality shows up on the panel on day 15 and says, "Hey, how about this herd of elephants packed into the room? Aren't you going to discuss them?

Media response: The important thing here is that MOUSE!!!!!

That's your American media right there. Disgusting the whole lot of them. They want to perpetuate how bad this country is 24/7 because their side is out of power, that's it.

You may want to reconsider citing these protesters as some sort of ideological ally, Tibs. Remember those protests in Western Europe about Reagan putting in updated missiles?

In 1982 the Heritage Foundation published Moscow and the Peace Offensive, which said that non-aligned peace organizations advocated similar policies on defence and disarmament to the Soviet Union. It argued that "pacifists and concerned Christians had been drawn into the Communist campaign largely unaware of its real sponsorship."[18]

Russian GRU defector Stanislav Lunev said in his autobiography that "the GRU and the KGB helped to fund just about every antiwar movement and organization in America and abroad," and that during the Vietnam War the USSR gave $1 billion to American anti-war movements, more than it gave to the VietCong,[19] although he does not identify any organisation by name. Lunev described this as a "hugely successful campaign and well worth the cost".[19] The former KGB officer Sergei Tretyakov said that the Soviet Peace Committee funded and organized demonstrations in Europe against US bases.[20] According to Time magazine, a US State Department official estimated that the KGB may have spent $600 million on the peace offensive up to 1983, channeling funds through national Communist parties or the World Peace Council "to a host of new antiwar organizations that would, in many cases, reject the financial help if they knew the source."[13] Richard Felix Staar in his book Foreign Policies of the Soviet Union says that non-communist peace movements without overt ties to the USSR were "virtually controlled" by it. Lord Chalfont claimed that the Soviet Union was giving the European peace movement £100 million a year. The Federation of Conservative Students (FCS) alleged Soviet funding of CND.

U.S. plans in the late 1970s and early 1980s to deploy Pershing II missiles in Western Europe in response to the Soviet SS-20 missiles were contentious, prompting Paul Nitze, the American negotiator, to suggest a compromise plan for nuclear missiles in Europe in the celebrated "walk in the woods" with Soviet negotiator Yuli Kvitsinsky, but the Soviets never responded.[21] Kvitsinsky would later write that, despite his efforts, the Soviet side was not interested in compromise, calculating instead that peace movements in the West would force the Americans to capitulate.[22]

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soviet_influence_on_the_peace_movement

In short, it is almost certain that Russia is assisting and funding these protests, to undermine America's influence and world standing. That is precisely why the Russians messed with our 2014 and 2016 elections.

So the irony is that your seeming support of these protesters puts you in bed with Russia, undermining America.

Okay. Trump is a bad person. As I have pointed out, Trump can be both a bad person and a good President.

Oh, and interesting how the article rips Trump a new ******* for being such a bad person, and then concludes, "Yeah, I guess we can enter into trade and peace deals with him ..."

Uhhh, okay.

Here' my perspective on all of this, no one that leans right will be able to convince those that lean left of anything, and the same holds true of what is stated by the left. Shame really, but it's where we are as a country, and possibly the world.

The economy and unemployment do top the list of what's important to me, how can it not be to everyone? In the last year, I personally know of at least 6 individuals that are working, full time, now, after being unemployed for a number of years. They're now able to provide for their families and able to save for retirement. If I wanted to I could work 60 hours a week. And my retirement investments are doing nicely, thank you.

Avoiding us getting involved in conflicts around the world ranks up there as well, a strong defense being the deterrent. How's ISIS these days?

Best as I can tell from reading the posts here is the left doesn't think Trump is "nice" enough.

While there's no way of knowing for sure what a Clinton administration would have brought, I'll take the shape of the country under our current President.

It's all over but the crying

Red-state Dem tells Schumer to 'kiss my ***' on Supreme Court vote

Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin (W. Va.) had strong words for Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer’s (N.Y.) efforts to unify the party against President Trump’s Supreme Court pick.

Manchin suggested to Politico that Schumer does not have any influence over whether or not he supports Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination.

“I’ll be 71 years old in August, you’re going to whip me? Kiss my you know what,” Manchin told Politico, referring to whipping votes among the party caucus.

Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.) told Politico that Schumer “knows better” than to try to pressure her to vote a certain way.

“He doesn’t come to me and say: ‘You’ve got to vote with us on this.’ He knows I’ll tell him to take a flyin’ leap,” she said. “I’m going to do what I think is right. It has nothing to do with the party.”

The fact that the left excuses Clinton graft and plundering totally undermines any haughty, hypocritical disdain that they feel for Trump. Shut up ********. We're over the ****.

‘Free Speech Is Dead’ – Police in Khan’s London BAN Pro-Trump Rally at U.S. Embassy

Police in Sadiq Khan’s London have used the Public Order Act to prevent a rally in support of U.S. President Donald Trump outside the American embassy, despite permitting an ill-tempered anti-Trump rally on Friday.

Protestors attending the ‘Welcome Trump’ event had planned to gather outside the embassy and march from there to Whitehall, where they would have joined in with a separate ‘Free Tommy Robinson’ event in support of the activist and independent journalist who was recently imprisoned for contempt of court after reporting on a grooming gang trial.

Ocasio-Cortez to campaign with Bernie Sanders in Kansas

Congressional candidate Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D) and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) will travel to Kansas together next week to campaign for a pair of candidates in the state

Sanders told the Post that he and Ocasio-Cortez, a self-identified democratic socialist, organized the trip after realizing they both wanted to go to Kansas.

and who are they fighting against?

Bernie hates gays!

@Ocasio2018 is now going to campaign in Kansas with Bernie against another Dem, a Native American, who is also openly gay

So why are Sanders & Ocasio-Cortez against the first indigenous LGBT Congressional @TheDemocrats candidate @ShariceDavids in #Kansas?

This is where the Dems great experiment with intersectionality starts to unravel.

ha ha trolling again!

Russia! Russia! Russia!

Trump: Congratulations to France on winning the World Cup, (and) Putin for a great World Cup

Congratulations to France, who played extraordinary soccer, on winning the 2018 World Cup. Additionally, congratulations to President Putin and Russia for putting on a truly great World Cup Tournament -- one of the best ever!

Yeah there comes a point when a party trying to cater to diverse but incompatible platforms goes to war with itself...

Whats going to be funny is when tge repub and dem globalists find themselves both outside looking in to all the big parties

Michael Avenatti speaking with clarity about what a whole lot of us think right now. He has been working non-stop helping parents separated from their children at the border, representing Stormy Daniels in her case against Trump & Cohen, and showing up in London to add his voice to those opposed to this blasphemous President. We need many more like him, a brave warrior standing up for what is sacred in America - truth, liberty & justice. Kudos to him.

This is the lawyer for the porn chick who just got arrested for reverse motor boating three undercover cops at a strip joint. He speaks for you too, eh?

Trump says he will run for reelection

LONDON (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump said he intends to run for re-election in 2020 because “everybody wants me to” and there are no Democratic candidates who could defeat him, the Mail on Sunday newspaper reported.

Asked by British journalist Piers Morgan in an interview given on Friday whether he was going to run in 2020, Trump was quoted: “Well I fully intend to. It seems like everybody wants me to.”

Trump said he did not see any Democrat who could beat him: “I don’t see anybody. I know them all and I don’t see anybody.”

Warren is Preparing for 2020. So Are Biden, Booker, Harris and Sanders.

In Salt Lake City, Ms. Warren urged Democrats to turn out in force for the midterm elections to build momentum for the next presidential race

Before the trip and since, Ms. Warren and her emissaries have been reaching out to key Democratic officeholders in Iowa, Nevada and South Carolina — three states early in the presidential primary calendar — making introductions and offering help in the midterm campaign. Altogether, her moves are among the most assertive steps taken by any Democrat to prepare for 2020.

Ms. Warren, 69, now leads a small advance guard of Democrats who appear to be moving deliberately toward challenging President Trump.

Former Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr., wielding a political network cultivated over decades, has been reasserting himself as a party leader, while Senators Cory Booker of New Jersey and Kamala Harris of California have emerged as fresher-faced messengers for the midterms. And Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont, the runner-up in the 2016 primaries, has been acting like a candidate as he considers another race.

Can we get Maxine Waters in there somehow?
