The Official Thread Dedicated to "Trump Winning"

Continued....

This is the key point, folks: if one of our soldiers had acted this recklessly on foreign soil, they’d be tried for war crimes by now.

The video of Byrd shooting and killing unarmed Ashli Babbitt has been released. They coward Byrd shoots Ashli around 10 ft away with capital police literally behind her. If we did this on Iraq or Afghanistan we would be charged, rightfully so, for war crimes! Byrd is lucky he didnt shoot the capital police!

The problem now is that Biden has issued a blanket “auto pen” pardon for Michael Byrd.

Joe Biden, the outgoing US president, pardoned on Monday various officials and politicians, including Michael Byrd, the officer who killed protester Ashli Babbitt.

Other individuals who were pardoned include former representative Liz Cheney, former chief medical advisor Anthony Fauci, and former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley, among others.

The pardon also included members of the House January 6 Committee, which included police officers involved in the death of four people during the January 6 protests.

On January 6, 2021, Ashli Babbitt and three other protesters lost their lives during an attempted takeover of the US Capitol building.
Babbitt, who was a US Air Force veteran, died after being shot in the neck by Capitol police officer Michael Byrd. The footage of her death has been widely circulated among American protesters.

In his statement announcing the pardons, Biden said, “These public servants have served our nation with honor and distinction”. He also stated that the nation “owes these public servants a debt of gratitude for their tireless commitment to our country.”

That pardon would cover federal crimes related to the shooting, including any potential federal murder or civil rights charges. This means the DOJ and federal prosecutors couldn’t touch him, even when new evidence like this footage is revealed. However, that fake pardon wouldn’t stop civil lawsuits against Byrd or the Capitol Police or state-level criminal charges. The problem is, DC is not a state, and Byrd was acting as a “federal officer” inside a federal building, so it’s unlikely any non-federal jurisdiction could prosecute him.

This is exactly why the autopen pardons need to be challenged.

Clearly, it’s time for the Trump administration to dig much deeper into the Ashli Babbitt case and hold Michael Byrd accountable for what he did. The American people deserve the truth about what happened that day. More than anyone, Ashli’s family deserves answers—and Ashli herself, a US veteran who served her country, deserves justice.

So in the past six years, blacks have committed twice as much crime and white nearly 100% less. Source?

Did I say anything close to that?
I said YOU cited a six year old report. Like the dumbass you are.

And, like the dumbass you are, you still don't see the point.

He was specifically talking about the blacks in DC you clown.
8 out of 10 arrests are of blacks. The population among whites and blacks is pretty much even.

Why do you suppose that is?
Enlighten us.
Because none of the white politicians are being arrested.

No one is idiot.
Patel said the murder rates were plummeting and on track to become the lowest in US history.

Trump singling out only Washington DC as having a very high murder rate does not contradict Patel nation wide statistics.
Trump mentioned that in 2023 the US had the highest murder rate. That doesn’t contradict Patels statement either.

I’m getting tired of kicking your a.ss. Y’all make me tired.

did you even read my post?
If you can somehow force a liberal into a point-counterpoint argument, his retorts will bear no relation to what you’ve said - In the famous liberal two-step, they leap from one idiotic point to the next, so you can never nail them. It’s like arguing with someone with Attention Deficit Disorder. - Ann Coulter

I think I see. So Trump deploying the National Guard in DC, is to prevent homeless people, specifically black homeless people, from killing people, specifically black people… because they do it openly in front of witnesses and on a large scale.

And that you could understand because they’re kids.
I look at adult liberals as being kids, specifically teens who never have grown up.

As a teen, rebellion against authority is natural…ie parents, teachers etc “because adults think they know everything, and I am smarter.”
But in the case of a liberal, that mentally never goes away when they become “adults”.

What takes the place of teachers and parents are conservatives because conservatives think they know everything…which they do.👍

Trump's newest DC crime crackdown yields more than 100 arrests

43 people were arrested Tuesday
Law enforcement officials in Washington, D.C., have arrested more than 100 people since Aug. 7, Fox Digital has learned, as President Donald Trump cracks down on crime in the city.

Law enforcement officials have arrested a total of 103 individuals as of Wednesday morning since Aug. 7, which includes 43 who were arrested Tuesday, a White House official told Fox Digital Wednesday morning. The arrests are part of Trump’s March executive order, which established the Making DC Safe and Beautiful Task Force, ahead of Trump's Monday announcement federalizing the D.C. police department.

"President Trump’s bold leadership is quickly making our nation’s capital safer," White House spokeswoman Taylor Rogers told Fox Digital. "In less than one week, over 100 violent criminals have already been arrested and taken off of the streets in Washington, D.C. President Trump is delivering on his campaign promise to clean up this city and restore American Greatness to our cherished capital."

Trump wins appeal over freeze on foreign aid payments

WASHINGTON (Reuters) -A federal appeals court on Wednesday lifted an injunction that required the U.S. State Department to continue making foreign aid payments, handing a victory to President Donald Trump.

In a 2-1 decision, a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit said a lower court erred by ordering the Trump administration to restore foreign assistance payments previously approved by Congress.
