You cannot deny his past service to this country, but that does not excuse even a little bit of what he knowingly, and purposely said regarding the illegal orders statement.
That one statement in my humble opinion, totally offsets all the great things that this man once did for our country.
There is nothing more dangerous than a man in power who has an audience of millions giving seditious statements against our own country and putting our service men and women in grave danger.
Kelly and the other traitors should be tried accordingly within the laws of the United States military.

I agree, you cannot dismiss Kelly's service to the country, however since entering politics his mindset has become extremely partisan and, in this case, detrimental to the wellbeing and safety of our military personnel. His response is to play the victim rather than to take responsibility for his words and actions. It seems like everything is scripted for the Democrat party with them all parroting the same message in unison. I know Republicans may respond in kind, but I don't notice the same level of word for word banter from them.

“Regarding the ILLEGAL orders statement” Yes, illegal. Kelly said nothing seditious. In fact, what he said is on the Loyalty to the Constitution plaque on the campus of West Point.
