I think at some point a while ago European leaders and politicians looked at their declining birthrate and said we're going to have to import a working class to take care of us and pay taxes. Problem is that the imports aren't integrating into society or working, they're having a bunch of kids, living in public housing, living on welfare, and becoming criminals.
